- ⚠️ Bring warm clothes (cool at altitude) · No swimming in reservoir · Kayak/paddle available
- 🔥 Check forest fire status before BBQs — sometimes banned in summer heatwaves

All Fresh bread, butter, jam, cheese, fruit, coffee/tea, juice

All Leftovers from BBQ + fresh bread + cheese + fruit
Or: packed sandwiches for the road home

Fruit (apples, bananas, grapes), nuts, crisps, biscuits, chocolate, juice boxes
💡 Pre-prep: marinate meat/veg at Holy's house Friday morning. Store in her fridge. Bring coolers with ice packs.

Kids (Lana 7, Lucas 3, + Mike/Holy's 2 kids)
- Card games (Uno, Dobble)
- Frisbee / soft ball
- Nature scavenger hunt (pine cone, feather, rock, flower)
- Bubbles, storytelling round the fire
- Stargazing — very dark sky
- Short hike to Cuevas de Majada Alta (caves nearby)
Adults
- Kayak or paddle surf on reservoir (rent on site)
- Hike Las Tres Presas trail (12km circular, ~4.5h)
- Fishing (permit needed)
- Photography — pine forests, mountain views
- Evening drinks round the fire
💡 Friday evening: light the fire early before it gets cool. Bring marshmallows for the kids.
🚗 Route: Mogan → GC-1 → GC-15 → Santa Brígida → GC-600 → GC-605 → Presa de las Niñas (~1.5h drive)
